A new clinic at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii will treat military family members experiencing long-term health problems linked to last year’s Red Hill fuel spill, the Star and Advertiser reported. The clinic will open Jan. 3 and stay open indefinitely….
