The Navy is partnering with the state of Hawaii on conservation programs around Pacific Missile Range Facility Barking Sands on Kaua’I, Kaua’I Now reported. The Navy will pay the state $4.14 million over five years through DOD’s Readiness and Environmental Protection program….
