An Army story looks at how the Fort Novosel, Alabama fire department manages its mutual aid agreements with more than 40 fire departments in the area. “It’s not as easy as just signing a paper, but it’s worth it to build the connections between Fort Novosel and the local departments,” Fire Chief Jeremy Evett said.
