January 18, 2024

The DOD Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation is hosting a webinar Thursday, Jan. 25 at 3 p.m. Eastern time to discuss the proposal process for the Defense Community Infrastructure Program, according to a Wednesday bulletin.

“The Defense Community Infrastructure Program (DCIP) is designed to address deficiencies in community infrastructure, supportive of a military installation, in order to enhance military value, cadet training at covered educational institutions, installation resilience, and military family quality of life,” OLDCC wrote in a recently updated fact sheet.

The fact sheet also discusses what kinds of projects are eligible for DCIP grants.

The bulletin includes instructions on how to join the webinar.
