Thursday: DCIP Pre-Proposal Webinar

January 24, 2024

The DOD Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation is hosting communities on a webinar Thursday about the proposal process for the Defense Community Infrastructure Program, it said in an announcement last week.

“The Defense Community Infrastructure Program (DCIP) is designed to address deficiencies in community infrastructure, supportive of a military installation, in order to enhance military value, cadet training at covered educational institutions, installation resilience, and military family quality of life,” OLDCC wrote in a recently updated fact sheet.

The fact sheet also discusses what kinds of projects are eligible for DCIP grants.

The bulletin includes instructions on how to join the webinar, which is taking place Jan. 25 at 3 p.m. Eastern time.
