DOD is testing a new system for shipping service members’ personal belongings by relying on a single shipping contractor, Military Times reported. The change will be rolled out slowly, starting with local moves in five regions: Norfolk, Virginia, Jacksonville, North Carolina, Seattle/Tacoma, Washington, Camp Pendleton, California and San Diego….

The 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell, Kentucky is the first unit equipped with the Army’s Next Generation Squad Weapon systems and will begin an equipment trainer course in April, Army Times reported.
