Letterkenny Army Depot, Pennsylvania is the first Army site to break ground as part of the service’s modernization plan, according to ABC 27 and an Army story. “It’s the first groundbreaking for the organic industrial base, 15-year, modernization implementation plan,” Depot Commander Col. Donald Santillo told ABC 27. “We’re proud to be the first depot across the United States to actually be able to get some shovels in some dirt.”…

Michie Stadium at West Point, New York is getting a makeover that’s planned to be complete by 2026, Stars and Stripes reported. The renovation starts Monday.
