Letterkenny Army Depot, Pennsylvania is the first Army site to break ground as part of the service’s modernization plan, according to ABC 27 and an Army story. “It’s the first groundbreaking for the organic industrial base, 15-year, modernization implementation plan,” Depot Commander Col.
