Florida’s Space Coast Will House Space Force Training HQ

Space Training and Readiness Command headquarters will be established at Patrick Space Force Base in Florida’s Space Coast region, The Orlando Sentinel  reported.

“Great news for Florida!” Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) posted on X. “Patrick Space Force Base has received final approval to become the permanent headquarters for STARCOM, bolstering Florida’s growing leadership in space.”

STARCOM is currently based at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado.
