President Biden signed an order to block a Chinese-backed cryptocurrency mining firm from owning land near Francis E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming, AP reported. It covers tuition, room and board, books and supplies for spouses and children of military families killed, missing in action, taken prisoner or rated at least 90% disabled as a result of military service in an armed conflict.
