February 26, 2024

The assistant secretaries overseeing manpower and reserve affairs for the three military services will join ADC at the Defense Communities National Summit in April. They’ll discuss how military-community partnerships can help bridge the military-civilian divide as it relates to serving in the armed forces.

Agnes Gereben Schaefer from the Army, Franklin Parker from the Navy and Alex Wagner from the Air Force will also talk about finding new ways to ensure the military is an employer of choice.

More Speakers Announced

The assistant secretaries are three of more than a dozen featured speakers already announced for the Defense Communities National Summit, taking place April 8-10 in the D.C. area.

The official Summit website has information on speakers, discussion topics and how to register. Watch the site as more speakers and sessions are added in the coming days.
